Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that incorporates flow, movement, pranayama breathing and a balance of strength and flexibility.
The class is appropriate for all levels, with modifications to suit your level of flexibility and strength.
The class will either build up to a peak pose or the class will focus on a particular theme.
